Sharon Custom Metal Forming (SCMF)
was formed in 1997 by Robert Wilson, President and CEO, and Alec
Moyer, Vice-President of Operations. With years of experience in
the roll formed shapes business, they set out to create a company
with a core focus of providing custom quality roll
formed products and outstanding customer service.
SCMF continues to grow and reinvest in the business.
The company recently acquired the roll forming
assets of a major roll form manufacturer including all roll forming
mills, roll form tooling, and ancillary equipment. The acquisition
gives SCMF an industry leading roll former heritage with origins
dating back to the year 1916.
SCMF is located in a new 100,000 square foot facility designed
for roll form production optimization, with additional land available
for future growth. Our diversified capabilities and large capacity
enables us to deliver on all types of roll formed shapes and welded
shape requirements.
We have strong technical, commercial, and operational teams with
decades of roll forming experience. The management team includes
registered professional engineers with diverse backgrounds and
experiences.
SCMF caters to OEM’s in every industry segment where metal
assemblies are used such as recreation, material handling, transportation,
office systems and partitions, electrical and cable systems, and
many others.
