Robotic welding of roll formed shapes into a completed assembly

Sharon Custom Metal Forming is always looking to provide additional value to our customers. One of the ways we provide this additional value is to continue to invest in expanding our technical capabilities. One such value added investment is our state-of-the-art robotic welding center.

This robotic welding center utilizes two robotic welders to provide precise high speed and cost effective secondary fabrications of multiple roll form and welded shape components along with other components.

We work closely with our customers to make sure we provide all of the value added operations possible to maximize our customers’ savings. We pay close attention to detail throughout the order process including the proper assembly packaging to optimize customer production flow.

Our stringent quality control programs ensure that the robotic welded assemblies are made to specification.
